Women’s Ministry at Christ Church Greenwich

“God is within her. She will not fall.” - Psalm 46:5

We celebrate women together at Christ Church Greenwich. We believe that women need faith in their life to stay strong and resilient in the face of adversity, providing a sense of hope and purpose, and staying focused on their goals and dreams. With a strong connection to God, we can find peace and solace in times of distress.

Under the Rev. Suzy Post and Deacon Susie McNiff's leadership, the Women’s Ministry of Christ Church has blossomed into a widely popular community of women looking for friendship and deeper spiritual growth.

All are welcome to join the ongoing options including bible studies, retreats, a Women’s Conference, special events and social gatherings.

Join us as we gather together in conversation, learning and asking questions, supporting each other to navigate life's challenges and find joy in our lives.

Upcoming Events for the Women of Christ Church

  • A Thursday Evening for Women of Christ Church Greenwich, "The Women Who Made Me"

    May 21
    7:00 - 8:15 pm

    Tomes-Higgins House

Think about the women who shaped you. A mother. A grandmother. A teacher who saw something in you before you saw it in yourself. A friend who told you the truth when no one else would. A stranger whose words you still carry.

Every woman has a story. Come share yours. Bring a photograph or a memento.

Join us for an evening of real conversation, good company, and maybe something delicious. No agenda. No pressure. Just two hours to breathe, connect, and remember the women who made you who you are.

All women are welcome. Bring a friend.

  • Women’s Bible Study

    Every Thursday morning
    8:30 - 9:45 AM in the Chapel
    No prior knowledge required.

We will be exploring The Short Stories by Jesus by Amy Jill Levine.

We will take a fresh look at the parables - these short stories with deep meaning. What can they teach us today? Pick up the book at Dogwood Books and join in this 6 week bible study!
